School Bus Rollover In Kansas Injures 13 Students

Thirteen students were injured after a school bus rollover accident in northeast Kansas. The wreck happened about 7:50 a.m. Wednesday near U.S. Highway 73 and 170th Road just north of Horton, located about 80 miles northwest of Kansas City. Brown County Sheriff John Merchant said there were about 25 students on board the Hiawatha Schools USD 415 bus.
A Hiawatha Community Hospital supervisor said the 13 students that were injured suffered broken bones, cuts and bruises.
