The light of day has revealed more damage from the strong storms Wednesday night as National Weather Service officials prepare to investigate whether a tornado touched down in eastern Lancaster County. More than 700 residents of remain without power this morning. “There is a lot more damage than we expected,” said White Horse Fire Chief Randy Gossert, who served as incident commander during what many believe will end up being officially declared a tornado. A quarter-mile wide swath of storm damage stretches for four miles in rural Salisbury Township in eastern Lancaster County.
