A suspected lightning strike is believed to have caused a structure fire at a far West Side residence. As many as 27 San Antonio Fire Department units responded a little after 4:30 p.m. to a fire in the 5200 block of Roan Brook. San Antonio Fire Assistant Chief Mike Walsh said the roof collapsed 15 minutes after firefighters arrived to put out the blaze.
