The hailstorm that hit South Texas last week has now been declared one of the most expensive in state history. According to the Insurance Council of Texas, the damages are estimated to be nearly $1.4 billion. KENS 5 talked to several residents who are still struggling to repair the damages. What it did to the car, I can’t imagine getting hit by it," Garza said.
