Floods from heavy rain continue to close roads in central Minnesota and western Wisconsin after a storm that dropped damaging tornadoes tracked through Minnesota on Monday. The National Weather Service said it has unofficial reports of four tornadoes in Minnesota. Some of the most significant damage was done in the west central Minnesota towns of Litchfield in Meeker County and Watkins in Stearns County. Police are keeping people from entering Watkins because of the damage. Some houses and mobile homes were destroyed and damaged.
