An Adamsville couple has been arrested on felony charges after authorities say they set their house on fire and then tried to claim insurance for all of their belongings, which already had been stashed elsewhere prior to the blaze. Donna McCullars, 45, and Steven Millwood, 43, were taken into custody by Adamsville police on Friday, authorities announced today. Rick Whitfield. There were no injuries, and the house was heavily damaged but not destroyed.
