At least 10 apartments were damaged in a fire in New Albany Tuesday. The fire broke out at Kingsfield Apartments on Mills Lane shortly before 1 a.m. Firefighters said one of the buildings was already engulfed when they got to the scene, and one of the hydrants at the complex didnt work.
