Blewett Pass was reduced to one lane of alternating traffic for about four hours Wednesday after a semi-tractor rolled off the road, spilling a load of wood chips. The semi came to rest blocking the northbound lane and the inside southbound lane, Moore said, with wood chips covering the two lanes.
