Multiple people were injured in a 20-vehicle crash Saturday night on Interstate 84 that closed the westbound lanes for more than 12 hours. According to Oregon State Police, troopers reported to the first crash about 6:20 p.m. near milepost 223 westbound, about 8 miles east of the Wildhorse exit. About 20 vehicles were involved in that collision, including seven commercial trucks and 13 passenger vehicles. Many were injured. Some were transported by air and ground ambulance to St. Anthonys Hospital in Pendleton and Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
