The storms that came through central Ohio Wednesday morning left major damage on the east side of Columbus. The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-1 tornado is responsible. According to the National Weather Service, the tornado was an EF-1 storm with maximum wind speeds of 90mph. Brad Millers day began with a bang about 6am when he, his wife and two children woke up to what sounded like “a train coming through the house.” At first, Miller said, he thought the noise was a tree falling on his house on Hampton Road. When he and his family tried to get out through the front door, a tree branch blocked them in. When they finally got outside, what they saw was shocking.
