As we celebrate our biggest Universal Claims Certification (UCC) success to date with Texas Governor Greg Abbott signing into law our bill that provides better reciprocity for continuing education to UCC holders, I’m reminded that it is your thoughts and ideas that give our organization direction.

Created to tackle the challenge claims professionals face with having to secure and maintain licenses in multiple states, the UCC is just one of many ways the CLM listened to you and acted on behalf of the claims and litigation management industries.
