5 New Jersey Counties Respond To Warehouse Inferno

When Hillsborough Chief Fire Marshall Chris Weniger arrived at the massive warehouse fire at Veterans Industrial Park shortly after 3 p.m. Thursday, he knew he was in for the biggest fire he has faced in his 33-year career. Weniger said he witnessed an inferno that was raging out of control. "We didn’t arrive at a small fire and it grew," Weniger, the township’s chief fire marshal for the past 18 years, told NJ Advance Media Saturday. "We arrived at a large fire.
