Amanda Bynes’ car trouble continues. The actress has been accused of a hit-and-run after allegedly rear-ending a woman in the San Fernando Valley and then driving away without giving the woman her insurance information, TMZ reports. The woman, identified only as Kisa, filed a police report Saturday and told TMZ that she was driving on Ventura Boulevard when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. After the two began talking, Kisa says she realized the person who hit her was Bynes.
