Analysis: Studio liability in Colorado shooting likely limited
Monday, July 23rd, 2012 LiabilityFamilies of victims and survivors of the deadly shooting at the Batman movie who seek to sue Warner Bros and other companies behind "The Dark Knight Rises" are unlikely to get very far. New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said the shooting suspect, James Eagan Holmes, 24, looked like "a deranged individual."
