Another couple sues Spanish Peaks for selling them a lot on active landslide

Another couple who bought a lot in a Big Sky subdivision is claiming that developers knew it was on an active landslide but failed to disclose that when they bought the property. Last week, Thomas Pettus and L. Cecily Hine filed a lawsuit in Gallatin County District Court against Spanish Peaks Holdings and the Club at Spanish Peaks.
