Auto insurance customers satisfied with claim results

Consumers who have filed an auto insurance claim reported they were satisfied with the service they received from providers. According to a poll from Consumer Reports, 86 percent of respondents who had to make an auto insurance claim from January 2006 to June 2009 said they were highly satisfied with how it was conducted. In all, 22 different providers were rated in the survey.
