Connecticut storm damage estimate -- $4.39 million

The damage totals are coming in -- and the price tag for the devastating storms that hit Connecticut recently is over $4 million -- with the bulk of that damage in Fairfield County. The Connecticut Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (DEMHS) estimates that there has been $4.39 million of damages statewide, and $2.8 million worth of damage in Fairfield County alone.
