Just 72 hours after howling winds sent showers of embers and a wall of flames racing across the hills of Santa Barbara and Montecito, the fight appears to be nearing its end. Fire officials said the Tea Fire was 75 percent contained as of Sunday afternoon and firefighters are switching into mop-up and patrol mode.
