The remnants of Hurricane Ivan forced the Delaware River to flood and thousands from their homes again this weekend. An official damage estimate was not expected until today, and observers said they expected the results would be worse than Hurricane Ivan’s remnants for much of New England and the areas surrounding the Delaware River and at least one death was blamed on the flooding when a woman's body was found Monday in eastern New York.
