Delaware School Bus Crashes Into Light Pole

Eleven students and a driver were injured after a school bus struck a light pole outside a middle school in Delaware Tuesday morning, police said. he incident happened shortly before 7 a.m. on the property of Shue Medill School located at 1500 Capital Trail in Newark. ccording to investigators, a school bus with 24 students on-board struck a concrete base for a light pole. uthorities said 11 students were taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children as a precautionary measure. The driver was taken to Christiana Hospital.
