Wednesday, July 6th, 2005 — Tropical storm Dennis, the fourth named storm of the hurrricane season, is currently in the process of consolidation from a tropical storm into a hurricane. The center of the storm is about 310 miles South-southeast of Port au Prince Haiti and about 495 miles East-southeast of Kingston Jamaica. Experts state that additional strengthening for the storm is forecast in the next 24 hours and that Dennis may become a hurricane by the end of the day.
