Several people were injured Sunday night when a car drove onto a dance floor at an outdoor concert in Parma Heights, a suburb south of Cleveland. Police said a 74-year-old woman leaving the concert at Commons Park confused the brake with the gas and hit a group of people dancing at the show. Sgt. Steve Scharschmidt said a total of nine people were hurt. Three were treated at the scene, including the driver. Six others were sent to area hospitals; five to MetroHealth Medical Center and one to University Hospitals Parma Medical Center. Two are in serious condition. Those hurt were dancing on a makeshift dance platform put out for concert-goers at Greenbrier Commons.
