DUI Driver Causes Multiple-Vehicle Accident

Police say three people were injured and a woman is under arrest after an early morning accident involving four vehicles in Cranston. Rhode Island State Police say a woman struck a disabled vehicle which caused two other cars to crash just before 2 a.m. Thursday on Route 10. Authorities say the woman left the scene on foot but was captured a short time later.
She is scheduled to be arraigned on several charges late Thursday including leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.
