Teams from the Federal Emergency Management Agency are expected in Mississippi today to survey the areas hit by severe storms over the weekend. The crews will determine whether a federal disaster can be declared - a signal that damage from Saturday's storms are worse than officials initially thought. Ten deaths have been reported: five in Choctaw County, four in Yazoo County and one in Holmes County.
