Wednesday, September 28th, 2011 Auto Fraud Property

City fire crews spent hours battling a three-alarm fire at an auto repair shop that started Monday afternoon, and the rubble continued to smolder Tuesday morning. The blaze broke out at about 4:15 p.m. Monday in the 4100 block of West Belvedere Avenue in northwest Baltimore. Early Tuesday morning, fire crews were still putting water on hot spots of what was left of the building to make sure the blaze didn’t flare up again. By the afternoon, the building had been condemned.
