Four People Die In Toledo Apartment Complex Fire

Firefighters discovered a fourth victim this afternoon in a fatal South Toledo apartment-building fire. The body of an adult male was discovered as crews investigated the 12-unit Woodlands Apartment building that caught fire early this morning, where two adults and a child were found dead earlier this morning. Officials said at a 2 p.m. news conference that they’ve accounted for all the residents of the complex after the blaze in the 2400 block of Cheyenne Boulevard, off Heatherdowns Boulevard. Up to 60 people have been displaced, including residents of the adjacent apartment buildings, and investigators spent the morning and early afternoon tracking whereabouts for the residents.
