Gas Line Explosion Destroys Kentucky Hotel

A Kentucky hotel was destroyed in an explosion Sunday, after a driver accidentally drove into a gas meter, authorities said. Three floors of the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Lexington sustained damage, according to ABC affiliate station WTVQ. The explosion left building material strewn about the parking lot, with a front wall of the hotel gone. Firefighters remained at the scene hours after the explosion. No one was injured.
