Georgia Trio Arrested in Vehicle Arson, Insurance Scam

Three suspects arrested Wednesday are accused of setting fire to a vehicle on Sept. 1.Karl Kitson, 35, was charged with felony insurance fraud and felony arson to a vehicle, while Russell Jerome Wolfe, 29, and Tonya Lewis, 45, were each charged with felony arson to a vehicle, according to a statement from Richmond County Sgt. Michael McDaniel. On Sept. 1, deputies responded to a vehicle fire in the 1700 block of Gravel Pit Road. Deputies found a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe engulfed in flames and without tires.
