Indiana: Governor-Elect Names New Insurance Commissioner

Harold Calloway, a State Farm insurance agent, has been named commissioner of the Department of Insurance in Indiana by Governor-elect Mitch Daniels. As a resident of Evansville, Calloway served as a Head Start teacher and director and the director of financial aid at the University of Southern Indiana, before becoming an agent with State Farm Insurance Company in 1985.
