Heavy rainfall is leading to a flood of insurance claims for local homeowners. "Yesterday, we took about 74 phone calls for claims," said Dorothy Baldwin, a customer service representative for Chuck Miller American Family Insurance in Portage. "I've never seen anything like it and I've been here 22 years. It's been absolutely wild."
