Thursday, February 3rd, 2011 — Just last weekend we had sunny days in the upper 80s. Now look at us. For at least one insurance company, the extreme cold is adding up to extreme claims. So, Allstate has pulled in some extra resources from its national catastrophe team. Those speciallists will help local customers with a myriad of winter-related claims. Allstate says most of the claims in San Antonio are from pipes freezing and bursting.
