Insurance, Liability Hold Up Ride-Sharing Service In Buffalo

Liability and insurance issues are keeping ride-sharing services from finding their way to Upstate New York. Although transportation services such as Uber and Lyft eventually may come to Buffalo, there are some issues to work out before it happens, said attorney John Condren, a partner at Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham in Buffalo. On Oct. 15, he’ll discuss the issue at the 25th Annual Education Day of the Buffalo Claims Association. The event will be held at the Conference & Event Center in Niagara Falls.
