Nationwide Insurance on Monday agreed to settle more than 200 of Hurricane Katrina claims in Mississippi, describing them as "very complicated, each with its own unique fact pattern," company spokesman Joe Case said. But Zach Scruggs, one of several attorneys for the homeowners, said, "Theyre more alike than different, from a legal standpoint."
