Auto insurance claim satisfaction levels declined in 2010, but still ranks better than the low levels of 2008, says a new study. While claimant satisfaction with auto insurers declined slightly from 2009, the industry retained most of the service gains made since 2008, according to a new study by J.D. Power and Associates, 2010 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study.
