Friday, December 2nd, 2011 Property

A San Antonio refinery caught fire for the second time in two years Wednesday, forcing about 60 workers to evacuate the plant while firefighters put out the blaze they believed was caused by a container leaking jet diesel fuel. No injuries were reported. Authorities said the call came in as an explosion, but refinery operator NuStar Energy said there had only been a fire at its plant.
