A federal judge in Mississippi has ruled in favour of Nationwide Mutual in a landmark legal dispute with victims of Hurricane Katrina. The judge rejected claims by a Mississippi couple that Nationwide was liable for damage caused by storm surge which was brought ashore by Hurricane Katrina.
