Judicial Hellholes® 2007

The American Tort Reform Association has released their 2007 Judicial Hellholes® report which ranks America’s most unfair civil court jurisdictions. Topping the list were (1) South Florida, (2) the Rio Grande Valley and Gulf Coast of Texas, (3) Cook County, Illinois, (4) West Virginia, (5) Clark County, Nevada and (6) Atlantic County, New Jersey, as among the nation’s most unfair civil court jurisdictions.
