A jury Friday awarded a man $7.5 million after he was injured in a fall at a local Starbucks store. In 2009, Anthony Zaccaglin was at a North County Starbucks when he slipped and fell as he walked from the cashier to a pick-up counter. Zaccaglin hit his head in the fall. According to Zaccaglin's attorneys, a store manager on duty had just mopped the area where the incident occurred. Witnesses said the manager apologized for not "dry mopping."
