A backhoe fatally struck a 73-year-old man in Brooklyn Monday after a winter storm dropped more than half a foot of snow over the city. The vehicle was backing up southbound on Oceana Terrace near Brighton Beach Ave. when it struck and killed Stanslav Chernyshov, who was crossing the street in the middle of the block, police said.
