Manhattan Podiatrist Faked Claims, Prosecutors Claim

Police arrested a Manhattan podiatrist after an investigation uncovered $100,000 in fake insurance claims. Insurance investigators say Dr. Alan Shulman, 61, of East 60th Street submitted claims for treatments that never occurred and then asking patients to lie to investigators.
