Michigan Injury Lawyer Backs No-Fault Insurance Reform

Mark Bernstein knows a lot about auto accidents. The prominent attorney, a University of Michigan regent and former member of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission, is adding his voice to the debate seeking to reform the no-fault insurance laws in the state that are emanating from Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s D-Insurance proposal.
