Mold forms after excessive roof leaking

When it rains outside it rains inside a Norwich apartment building. What started out as just a small leak has turned into big concerns at Elizabeth Square apartments. A resident said, "Since 2010 I notice it, but it’s been ongoing. The wires dripping water in the garbage buckets. We’ve had the health department here, we’ve had the fire department here." Tahira Matthews and her neighbors say the leaky roof is unsafe and is making them sick.
