N.H. Supreme Court Applies Workers Comp Exclusive Remedy

The New Hampshire state Supreme Court recently ruled that the exclusive remedy provision bars lawsuits by employees for negligent supervision. However, they also determined that the law does allow plaintiffs to sue for wrongful termination.
