New Storm Moves Toward Caribbean; Harvey Slows
Friday, August 5th, 2005 PropertyThe ninth tropical depression of the season is coming toward the Caribbean early Friday, while Tropical Storm Harvey slowed down over the open Atlantic as it headed toward Bermuda. The tropical depression that formed Thursday had top sustained winds of about 30 mph and was expected to strengthen into a tropical storm by Friday afternoon, with sustained winds of at least 39 mph.
