Monday, November 10th, 2014 Workers' Compensation

A man who worked at a popular Ohio bowling alley was crushed to death in a freak accident that has prompted an investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. An OSHA investigator was at the bowling alley Friday, a day after David Geiger, 53, was pulled to his death after getting entangled in a pin-setting machine he was trying to repair. The mishap occurred at Northwest Lanes outside Cincinnati. WCPO-TV reported there were bowlers and other workers at the bowling alley at the time but no one saw what happened.
