Panel not looking at dismantling workers’ compensation court, governor says

A special panel looking at the state’s workers’ compensation court will not recommend dismantling it and replacing it with an administrative system, Gov. Mary Fallin said Friday. The governor, during a speech to the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, said the panel will release its recommendations next week. Shortly after winning election in November, Fallin appointed a panel to review the workers’ compensation system and come up with suggestions.
