PCI urges caution in assuming higher gas prices lead to lower insurance claim costs

Based on a new paper by the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) public policymakers should be cautious in isolating one factor such as the number of miles driven and then concluding auto insurance premiums should be reduced.
