Some Manhattan residents are not getting their mail because it has become a food source for New York’s iconic pests. "We have a package for you but it’s been eaten by rats," was the message Andy Newman received from his mail room at, get this, the New York Times building. The rats ate there way through not one, not two, but three packages of goodies that were mailed to the building. "Here’s another one, from the Vermont Brownie Company — but there is no brownie in it," said Newman.
