Though a judge approved a jury’s verdict Wednesday for a Jacksonville motorist injured in an accident with a taxicab, collecting the money will be a much taller order. The cab company’s insurer says it doesn’t have to pay a dime because its insurance policy carried a $125,000 deductible, same as the maximum payout.
