Ropers’ insurer refuses to pay patrons’ injury claims
Friday, January 14th, 2011 Liability LitigationA Virginia insurance company is refusing to pay damages to two men who claim they were beaten by bouncers at Ropers Rocking Country nightclub. Colony Insurance Co., in a federal lawsuit filed this week, said it won’t cover damages to Logan Hathorn of Petal and Hunter Dunaway of Purvis, if they win their recent lawsuit against the bar.
